This journey began long before me—with a craftsman tailor and a downtown salesperson: my grandparents. My maternal grandfather was a master of his craft, tailoring perfectly fitted suits and traditional wear that earned him respect among his peers. My paternal grandfather owned a garment shop and built a strong reputation as an honest and trusted salesman. Together, they embodied craftsmanship and integrity. Sadly, their journey came to an end in the late 1980s due to unforeseen circumstances.

Decades later, with craftsmanship running in my blood and a passion for commerce in my mindset, I chose to revive their legacy in the field that inspires me most: leather.

Since the beginning of time, leather has remained one of the most versatile and enduring materials in human history. From protective battle armor to luxury fashion pieces, it has served both function and style across cultures. Wherever you look, leather tells a story of strength, tradition, and timeless appeal.

In 2021, I began researching leather quality standards and the different types of leather used around the world. Through extensive exploration of suppliers and artisans, I found skilled craftsmen whose work I could trust and learn from. Over time, I developed a deeper understanding of leather craftsmanship, and today, every product offered under Leather Culture is either personally crafted by me or created by trusted artisan partners.
