At Leather Culture, we are committed to providing exceptional value and dependable service to our customers.

Free Shipping is available on all orders over $50.00 within Canada and the United States.

For orders under $50.00, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.98 from our workshop to destinations throughout Canada and the United States.

We are also pleased to ship internationally to over 200 countries worldwide. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $12.98.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available and update within the carrier's system.

If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and you have not received tracking information, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Lost or Missing Packages

Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. Leather Culture cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If an error is made on our end, we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.
